Terms of Service
Last updated: 21/07/2026
These terms govern your use of FindCharger ("the Service"), available at findcharger.eu. By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. FindCharger is operated by Checkmate Labs (CVR DK38853872), Borgergade 3, Copenhagen, Denmark, referred to here as "we" or "us".
The service
FindCharger helps you find electric-vehicle charging stations and plan trips. Charger locations, availability, pricing and technical details come from third-party sources and public data. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm details with the charge point operator before relying on them.
Accounts
You can create an account using a magic sign-in link or Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of the email account or Google account you use to sign in. You must provide accurate information and you must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, scraping data at scale, reselling data without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Route plans, range estimates and charging curves are approximations for guidance only and depend on factors outside our control (weather, driving style, vehicle condition, charger status). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
